Introducing... Thelma

Hello, I am the Head Teacher at the Kiwi Centre. I have been working at Earlybirds for the last seven years. I started as a reliever while studying for my Diploma of Teaching in ECE. When I completed by Diploma I started working full-time. I have full Teachers Registration, and a current first aid certificate.

I am married to Ken and together we have three children and three grand-children.

I love working alongside young children watching them as they grow and develop their independence and personalities. I believe it is essential to provide a warm, nurturing and stimulating envrionment for children to learn.

 

Kiwi Centre Goals

1. Children will serve their own meals
2. Be able to wash their hands
3. Be toilet trained
4. Say "Stop I don't like it."
5. Dress themselves
